We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, legality, security, or content of third-party websites.

3. Premium Features and Subscriptions

Certain features may be available through optional auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Premium features may include:

  • Ad-free browsing

  • Unlimited Reader Mode

  • Unlimited downloads

  • Unlimited PDF exports

  • Unlimited offline saves

  • Unlimited QR tools

  • Other premium functionality made available within the application

The specific features and limits applicable to free and premium users are displayed within the application.

4. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your Apple account will be charged according to Apple's applicable subscription terms.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

Deleting the application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

5. Purchases and Payments

All in-app purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

We do not collect or store your credit card, debit card, or banking information.

Purchase and subscription information may be processed through Apple and RevenueCat for transaction validation and entitlement management.

Refunds are handled according to Apple's applicable refund policies.

6. Restore Purchases

The application provides a Restore Purchases option where applicable.

If you have previously purchased a subscription, you may use this option to restore your eligible purchase on a compatible device using the same Apple account.

7. Advertising

The free version of the application may display advertisements provided through third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.

An active premium subscription may remove advertisements as described within the application.

8. Third-Party Services

The application may use third-party services, including:

  • Google AdMob

  • Google Firebase

  • RevenueCat

  • Apple In-App Purchases

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Intellectual Property

The application, including its software, interface, design, graphics, logos, and original content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, lease, or otherwise exploit the application or its proprietary components without authorization.

Third-party websites, trademarks, logos, and content accessed through the application remain the property of their respective owners.

10. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your use of the application and for complying with applicable laws.

You are also responsible for any content you access, download, save, or share through the browser.

You must not use the application to facilitate unlawful activity or infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or organization.

11. Availability and Updates

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the application or its features at any time.

We do not guarantee that the application or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Updates may be required to continue using certain features.

12. Disclaimer

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The application will always be available.

  • The application will operate without errors.

  • Third-party websites will remain available or accurate.

  • Information obtained through third-party websites will be accurate or reliable.

  • The application will meet every user's individual requirements.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the application.

This includes losses arising from third-party websites, downloaded content, service interruptions, or loss of locally stored data.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the application where reasonably necessary, including where a user violates these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

15. Privacy

Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled in connection with the application and its third-party services.

16. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the application through Apple's App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions.

This Agreement is between you and us and not with Apple.

Apple is not responsible for the application, its maintenance, support, warranties, or claims relating to the application.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce applicable provisions of these Terms against you.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective when published. Your continued use of the application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
